First of all, I'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone for taking a few minutes out of your days to drop in for a look! We all know they're minutes you won't get back...and would definitely rather spend on the bank anyway!

Secondly, welcome! Whether you're in your bivvy blanking, or at home wishing you were, I hope some of these posts can lighten your day. Or at least make you laugh at my more than common angling blunders!

I'm Matty, a 22 year old born and bred northerner, a self employed Scuba Instructor and an absolutely, un-apologetically passionate angler!

I've never been one for sticking to a single style of fishing, although if I really did have to, then Carp fishing would probably be my first choice. Big surprise? That said, I've had the pleasure of hooking into some incredible Roach, Perch, Pike and Grayling, amongst others. Most of which, will be mentioned at some point in this blog!
